DVM, CVA, ACVB Resident, Fear-free Certified
I graduated from the Atlantic Veterinary College on Prince Edward Island in 2012, after which I moved to Florida where I practiced for 13 years before moving to Ontario.
After graduating, I went on to get my certification in veterinary acupuncture at the Chi Institute in Reddick, FL. Over my career thus far, I have worked in emergency medicine, general practice, holistic practice, and have served as the attendant veterinarian and professor at a veterinary technician school. I have a special interest in animal behaviour and am currently a resident of the American College of Veterinary Behaviorists, working toward a board certification in Animal Behaviour.
When I'm not working, I enjoy spending time with my daughter, hiking, camping, running, yoga, playing the piano and cello, reading, and crossword puzzles. I share my home with three pets of my own - a dog named Koda, and two cats - Arlo, and Patrick.
