Fast and accurate diagnostics to ensure your dog receives timely care.
There are many different types of tests that can be done on your dog to figure out what is going on with him or her.
We work with a comprehensive laboratory to help get your pet’s diagnostic results back quickly. This includes urine testing, bloodwork, fecal and tissue samples, microbiology, and many more.
Laboratory testing is vital to expanding upon the physical exam and history of your pet in order to obtain a more accurate diagnosis. Our eyes are not microscopes, we often cannot diagnose a lump based on visual inspection alone. Many diseases are silent (not conclusive based on a physical exam) and require specialized testing to diagnose.
This is an individual basis and your veterinarian will explain the results to you clearly.
